USING THE TREASURY OF SCRIPTURAL KNOWLEDGE HAS HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND A LOT OF VERSES I OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE JUST PASSED OVER.
ESPECIALLY IN THE KING JAMES VERSION OF THE BIBLE.
IT TAKES A VERSE AND KIND OF "CONJUGATES" IT BY GIVING YOU PARALLEL VERSES TO CERTAIN THEMES IN THAT VERSE.

Conjugating Bible verses using the Treasury of scriptural knowledge

This is a sample of how I conjugate (I call it that) a Bible verse with parallel related verses to understand it deeper, and show the inspiration of God's Word

I took the verses here, about Solomon, what Jesus said about him, and I went to the first verse in SOS about the King, to show the parallel between Jesus and Solomon.

You can see the parts of Sgs 1:4, the key words and how it is divided , and matched with related verses.

I didn't do the whole thing as it can get to be quite an exhaustive study and takes time, but gives you a deeper understanding of the verse.

The best commentary on the Bible is the Bible itself. If I can't find it elsewhere in the Bible, then I don't pursue it.

People make the mistake of just looking up the word, and seeing all the verses on that Word, but it can be misleading as the word can be used to mean different things. So I think it is best to catch the spirit of the verse, and try to match it with other parallel verses that are expressing the same or a similar message. Put them together and you see what the picture comes out to be, like pieces of a puzzle.

This is an art I am trying to cultivate.
I didn't finish doing all the verses, just a sample to show you.

The verse Sgs 1:4 is conjugated below, all of the references are listed. I did it with the Blue Letter Bible online, and went to the ESV from the blue "V " button, on the left side of the verse, which gives you a list of the same verse in different versions. Thank God the ESV is also listed there, so I was able to copy and paste the verse from there, as the Treasury of Scriptural Knowledge is KJV by default.

Its a little extra work, but it is the only way I can get the ESV verse on the subject.
